Job responsibilities- As a sales rep you will be provided appointments from the company and required to generate your own opportunities by getting referrals, networking, and door knocking. Our goal is to help as many homeowners as we can by providing our top tier products and services. We strive to help property owners receive quality work and ensure their property is being tended to with top quality materials and a heroic level of customer service. Hours required to work in the beginning are more demanding, to drive faster growth and set a foundation for you to make six figures. Our sales reps who are making six figures had to grind to get to that level. Those reps now do it year after year while being able to completely determine and manage their work schedule. Training will take any where from 1 week to a month, depending on experience level, but you will be out in the field running appt with someone the first week you are with us. This is our second location and we are looking to grow across the state of Florida. Promotion opportunities prioritized to employees and will be available to those that prove themselves. Qualifications * Must be personable, with strong social/people skills. * Past sales and/or sales experience highly desired. (Not required) * Must be self-motivated and ambitious. * Must have a great attitude and be able to inspire/motivate others. * Must work well within a Team setting. * Ability to work Mon - Fri: 10am-6pm & two Saturdays per month: 10 am to 2pm * Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage multiple accounts!
