Duties
: Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate department or individual Process online orders to be shipped Create a daily sales report Follow up with orders with bulk accounts / account management Assist customers with orders via email, text,call, walk-in Schedule delivery route for the driver based on daily orders Process orders via phone / email / walk-in Manage email, relay information, and respond as necessary with customers order requests Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, mail or in person Account Receivable - receive and process incoming payments from companies Assist with office administrative needs - data entry, filing, photocopying, etc.
Requirements
/ Skills: Happy, upbeat personality is a MUST! Time management skills are essential - fast pace environment Positive can do attitude - Team oriented Communication skills - customer service experience a plus Discretion and strict confidentiality Computer literacy - (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite) Position available immediately QuickBooks and Google Suite experience preferred Pay is based on experience Email resume, desired salary and availability of when to start' Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
