Job description Qualification * 3 to 4 years of experience in customer service * Exceptional communication abilities * 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service experience * Strong enthusiasm and ability to work autonomously * Relevant experience in inside sales or customer service required * Proficiency in order entry, organization, multitasking, and a strong customer focus is essential * Regular on-site attendance is mandatory * Education: A High School Diploma is required * Must know Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) Job Duties * Addressing customer questions about our products and services. * Managing customer orders over the phone. * Verifying stock levels and delivery timelines. * Order entry. Updating customers on order status.
