We 're expanding our team and are looking for an experienced, licensed insurance agent in the State of Texas who is ready to assume the responsibilities of a Senior Sales Producer. Rasor Insurance is an independent agency based in Celina Texas, offering both personal insurance and commercial insurance lines. We pride ourselves on taking a personal approach to our business. We have a cracker-jack team of inside associates who handle all the details of customer service issues such as taking payments, processing endorsements, claims assistance, etc. Our Sales Producers are free to focus on what they're best at - meeting new prospects, building solid relationships, and making sales! Together, our inside/outside teams give our clients the best of all worlds - a broad range of coverage options, personal connections with their agent, and outstanding service & support. Our ideal candidate will have: * a solid, working knowledge of the EZLynx management system, * experience working in an independent insurance agency, and * the willingness and motivation to call our large database of personal and commercial x-dates. Compensation will be a base salary plus a generous commission schedule. Annual total compensation is expected to be in the range of $100,000 - $120,000 plus based on activity, competency, and success.
