: We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Data Scrubbing & Lead Generation Specialist. This role is essential in identifying potential companies that can benefit from our programs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive in sourcing and vetting leads for enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Actively research and identify qualified companies for enrollment.
• Cross-reference data to verify lead accuracy.
• Create and maintain detailed data sheets with clear, accurate information.
• Collaborate closely with the ISO Manager to validate and qualify leads.
• Maintain an understanding of the lending space and industry best practices.
• Conduct outreach via phone and email to educate prospects.
• Utilize technology and software efficiently to optimize productivity.

Qualifications

:

• Experience in data research, lead generation, or related fields preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and lead-tracking software.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email.
• Knowledge of lending and financial services is a plus.
