Location: Remote (80% travel) Industry: Powerline Services About Arrowhead Line Arrowhead Line is a rapidly growing powerline services company headquartered in Canyon, Texas. We specialize in electric services for overhead distribution, underground electric construction, and storm response, with a reputation for safety and operational excellence. Our team is built on decades of hands-on experience--from journeyman lineworkers to seasoned executive professionals--who understand the critical role reliability and responsiveness play in keeping the grid moving. As we expand our operations geographically, we're bringing that same commitment and expertise to new markets, clients, and challenges and are searching for a Business Development Manager to assist us in growing this platform to a nationwide level! What You 'll Do * Identify and secure new business opportunities with electric cooperatives, IOUs, municipalities, and private contractors * Travel throughout the region to meet with prospects and existing clients, building relationships and identifying upcoming needs * Work closely with operations to develop practical, field-ready proposals and bids * Lead outreach efforts, manage pipelines, and develop strategies to position Arrowhead Line as a trusted partner in the utility services sector * Represent Arrowhead at industry events, regional association meetings, and client site visits * Maintain a deep understanding of project cycles, utility procurement processes, and field constraints to ensure realistic and competitive offerings What We're Looking For * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the powerline services industry (field, project management, estimating, or related roles) * Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations , ideally in powerline services * Comfortable managing relationships across technical field teams and executive-level decision-makers * Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, and surrounding areas * Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills * Familiarity with electric cooperatives, investor-owned utilities, and their purchasing processes Why Arrowhead * High-impact Opportunity - Play a key role in scaling a fast-growing powerline services platform with national ambitions * Entrepreneurial Environment - Work alongside a leadership team that values initiative, execution, and real-world experience * Own Your Success - Manage your pipeline, build relationships, and shape regional strategy with a strong balance of autonomy and support * Clear Path for Growth - As we expand into new markets and service lines, your career can grow just as fast * Trusted Reputation - Join a team known for reliability, responsiveness, and long-term client partnerships Job Type: Full-time Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Yearly bonus Work Location: On the road
