This position is designed for someone interested in learning and growing in the off-road/4x4 automotive industry. What you'll do: * Assist customers with product questions and recommendations * Prepare customer price estimates * Manage the schedule of customer jobs for our team of installers * Handle customer communication from initial contact to completion of their install * Build relationships with our customer base to ensure customer satisfaction * Research and stay up to date with industry news and products * Maintain records of customer inquiries, complaints and comments. * Analyze data from records to verify accuracy of information and ensure service quality. * Identify and implement potential areas for improving service or cost efficiency. * Take appropriate action to resolve complaints or handle situations that require immediate attention.
