Full description of the position

This position is designed for someone interested in learning and growing in the off-road/4x4 automotive industry. What you'll do:

• Assist customers with product questions and recommendations
• Prepare customer price estimates
• Manage the schedule of customer jobs for our team of installers
• Handle customer communication from initial contact to completion of their install
• Build relationships with our customer base to ensure customer satisfaction
• Research and stay up to date with industry news and products
• Maintain records of customer inquiries, complaints and comments.
• Analyze data from records to verify accuracy of information and ensure service quality.
• Identify and implement potential areas for improving service or cost efficiency.
• Take appropriate action to resolve complaints or handle situations that require immediate attention. Perks
