Full description of the position

Job Title:** Inside Sales Representative - Netforks Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Interprets customer needs and proposes product solutions for standard and custom fabricated applications * Develops an understanding of basic company products and systems to be able to support customer requests and requirements. * Follows-up on new inquiries and builds long-term relationships with key accounts * Capable of assisting e-commerce customer support requirements, including customer "chat" email leads and order entry. * Follows-up on order execution ensuring all organization commitments are met * Performs all other duties as assigned. * Complies with the requirements of the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System (when required). Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, climb, bend and kneel on an occasional basis. * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Regular manual dexterity/coordination: hand/eye movements, motor control. * Regular visual effort: concentrated reading of documentation or close viewing of computer displays. * Able to push, pull and lift up to 30lbs. on an occasional basis. Required Education/Experience/Skills * B.S./B.A. and/or experience with construction/material handling equipment or relevant work experience. * 1 - 3 years Inside Sales or Customer Service experience. * Understanding of or comfort level with technical, industrial and/or construction products. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, shipping, quoting order entry and CRM software. * Type minimum of 50 WPM. Preferred Education/Experience/Skills * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and on a team. * Appropriate market knowledge. * Bi-lingual (Spanish).
