Berger Convenience & Spirits is a combination Gas Station, Convenience Store, and Liquor Store in Olathe, KS. We are a family owned and operated business dedicated to providing excellent customer service in an employee friendly setting. We are looking for smart, reliable, and friendly people interested in a customer service role. We expect all employees to be proficient in cash handling and able to process transactions accurately and efficiently. As a sales associate you will be responsible for selling convenience and liquor store products and merchandise, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting store. Along with the hourly wage we also offer a variety of benefits to our employees. Benefits include an employer sponsored 401k, discounts in our liquor store, flexible scheduling, and career development. * Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service * Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently * Maintain an exceptionally clean work environment * Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed * Stand for extended periods of time * Lift up to 50 pounds on occasion * Prepare and handle select food products * Requirements: * At least 21 years of age * Eligibility to work in the United States and around Tobacco and Alcohol * Willing to work nights and weekends as needed * Excellent verbal communication skills * Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service * Basic math skills * Ability to maintain a professional appearance * Details: * Pay: $15 / hour * Hours: Part-Time & Full-Time positions available * Store Hours: 6am-10pm most days
