About this Position / Responsibilities: * Target and bring in new Enterprise Level clients that align with NFF Inc.'s core services. * Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies. * Engage in cold calls, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects to secure new business. * Thoroughly analyze client requirements and align them with our cutting-edge "Technology Staffing As-a-Service" (TSaaS) program. * Skillfully negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and successful partnerships. * Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure the delivery of quality candidates to clients. * Regularly update management on sales activity, pipeline progress, and forecasted outcomes. * Provide regular updates to recruiting team on submittals and leverage industry knowledge and relationship to ensure interviews. * Ensure accurate record-keeping of all sales activities in the CRM system and ATS. Qualifications: We are looking for an executive who is innovative, analytical, and has a proven track record of success in sales. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the IT staffing markets. Qualifications include: * Minimum of 7 years of successful professional experience in an IT Staffing Sales and/or Business Development role. * Proven success in generating new business through effective relationship-building with key decision-makers and stakeholders. * Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. * Bachelor's Degree in related fields or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the IT staffing markets.
