We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Fundraising Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth through strategic fundraising initiatives and donor acquisition. This role blends sales expertise with a passion for mission- driven work, focusing on cultivating relationships, securing funding, and expanding our donor base. Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and engage prospective donors, sponsors, and partners to meet fundraising goals.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to build relationships via cold calls, emails, presentations, and events.
• Create customized proposals and presentations that align donor interests with organizational needs.
• Manage donor pipelines using CRM tools and track engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create compelling fundraising campaigns and materials.
• Participate in community events and represent the organization to build visibility and support.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly fundraising targets.

Requirements

:

• Proven track record in sales, fundraising, or business development (preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, DonorPerfect, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• 8 hour shift
