Senior Sales Associate - Kitchen, Bath, Windows, Doors & Flooring Empire Home Center - Leesport, PA Salary: $50,000 - $100,000+ per year, plus commission (based on experience and book of business) Empire Home Center is seeking a Senior Sales Associate with a strong background in retail sales and home design to join our expanding team. This is a hybrid role that combines customer service, product expertise, design, and leadership across our full range of offerings: kitchens, baths, flooring, windows, and doors. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable quoting and overseeing large-scale residential or commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: * Lead daily operations on the sales floor and support junior staff * Design and sell custom solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, and flooring * Provide expert guidance to a diverse client base including homeowners, landlords, contractors, and developers * Prepare quotes and manage large, multi-phase projects from sale through completion * Prospect and nurture new business opportunities * Operate POS systems and accurately process customer transactions * Conduct product demonstrations and promote featured inventory * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom * Answer customer calls and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge Qualifications: * Retail or design/build sales experience required (kitchen & bath, windows, doors, or flooring strongly preferred) * Ability to quote and manage large projects is a significant plus * Proficient in sales and design software (2020 Design or similar is ideal) * Prior supervisory experience or ability to lead by example * Strong communication, time management, and follow-through skills * Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply * Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple customer needs simultaneously Compensation & Benefits: * Base salary: $50,000 - $100,000+, based on experience and book of business * Commission incentives based on individual performance * Work in a well-stocked showroom with strong vendor partnerships * Growth opportunities in a stable, locally owned company * Supportive team environment focused on excellence and integrity Join Empire Home Center and take your career to the next level by combining sales, design, and leadership in one of the region's most trusted home improvement destinations.
