Job Description

:

• Responsible for booking Catering and Sales business for the hotel
• Responsible for meeting overall budgeted sales and profit margin by soliciting, evaluating, selling and confirming business.
• Qualifies prospective leads as to profitability.
• Designs and proposes programs to meet client's needs.
• Maintains and submits complete activity reports to the Director of Sales and or General Manager with personal calls, tours, luncheons and proposal letters outlining actual vs goas.
• Shops competitive facilities to records what groups are meeting at these individual facilities.
• Uses records of competitive facilities to assign follow-up solicitation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
