Senior Inside Sales Representative- ClaimTek Systems is the nation's leading Medical & Dental Billing franchisor. We have 32 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management services, software development, and business development, having helped more than 2,000 entrepreneurs enter this lucrative industry. We're looking for experienced sales professionals who will bring new entrepreneurs on board with ClaimTek and continue growing our brand. We have a flexible work environment with upward mobility. A successful sales rep will: * Manage their own in-bound lead line of approximately 250 new monthly leads who inquire about ClaimTek through "find-a-franchise" websites * Engage leads through phone calls, text messages, emails, and online scheduling * Conduct virtual product demos and business overviews on Zoom * Close $42k-$55k deals with entrepreneurs who invest in our business startup programs, and hand-off to training & support departments * Maintain long-term relationships with clients to add to our existing reference network * Reach monthly and annual sales goals * Stay up to date with health care, technology, and entrepreneurial industry trends New hires will train closely with a senior sales rep to learn our business model and master our sales process. The position will be on site at our office in Irvine. Compensation will be an attractive hourly wage + uncapped commissions starting at 7% of net sales with opportunity for monthly and annual bonuses. Top sales reps earn $200,000+ annually. Minimum 3 years of sales experience strongly preferred. Sales experience in B2B, medical, pharmaceutical, software, or SaaS is a plus. Health care industry experience and 4-year degree is a plus.
