We are on the verge of launching with Zillow Flex , operate from a cutting-edge office , and have cultivated one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV , engaging over 10 million people monthly on platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Your Role Will Include: * Handling administrative tasks to support our agents and ensure deals progress smoothly * Coordinating showings, appointments, and listing activities * Managing MLS entries, property marketing, and transaction documentation * Facilitating effective communication between clients, vendors, and our team * Assisting in executing marketing campaigns and enhancing our online presence What We Seek: * Outstanding organizational abilities * Excellent communication skills and a tech-savvy approach * A self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, high-performance setting * A keen interest in advancing within the real estate sector Bonus : Gain insights from our team members who have closed over 50 deals in a single year. Visit: [please apply online] Follow us here: [please apply online] Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch * Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes * Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients * Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
