Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Manage a designated territory by identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. * Achieve sales targets through direct sales efforts, including inside sales strategies. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive customer engagement. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Skills * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in retail sales or direct sales is highly desirable. * Proficiency in territory management to maximize sales opportunities. * Familiarity with business development practices, including B2B interactions. * Ability to conduct effective cold calling and lead generation activities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving goals.
