Job Description

: Latitude Insurance is seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our Montrose, Colorado office. As a Producer, you will build and maintaining client relationships while offering tailored insurance solutions to meet our clients' needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

: Sales & Business Development:

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Present and sell various insurance products, including auto, home, , and commercial insurance.
• Identify client needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
• Developing task management strategies for optimizing growth Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct policy reviews and offer additional coverage options as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with state insurance regulations and company policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.

Qualifications

:

• A valid Colorado Property & Casualty License
• Familiarity withn commercial, worker's comp and personal insurance and client development, experience writing farm and ranch a plus
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is preferred.
• Experience writing farm and ranch insurance would be a big plus
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite necessary and experience in AMS360 an added bonus.
• Knowledge of the Montrose community is a plus.
• Well established pipelines for new business
• Experience in office and team management as well as supervisory experience helpful What We Offer:
