Company Description Property & Casualty Insurance Agency is located in West Hollywood, CA. Role Description This is an ON-SITE and full-time role for a Customer Service Representative at Zach Insurance Agency located in West Hollywood, CA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a daily basis. You will fill out ACORD forms and send them to owners, banks, and lenders. You will also answer the phone and direct calls where needed. As a CSR, you will also be an assistant to the owner and complete tasks as needed/requested.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance
• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Skills
• Customer Experience skills
• Accounting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
