• 17% commission on profit - uncapped earnings

• W2 position with full-time hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

• Fluent in Spanish and English - required
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience - required
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver 's license - required
• Strong sales record and self-motivated personality
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Experience with brands like Hilti, DeWalt, Ramset, Makita, or Fastenal - strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your sales territory
• Conduct outside B2B sales: cold calling, job site visits, and demos
• Maintain relationships with purchasing agents and construction teams
• Track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using Excel and CRM
• Help grow the Fastiner Tools brand through performance and relationships
