About the role: We are looking for a creative and energetic Sales & Marketing Specialist to support our growth both inside and outside the studio. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives on making genuine connections, thinks outside the box, and is not afraid to talk to strangers (or film a Reel)! * Location: CycleBar North Fort Worth * Type : Part-Time (25+ hours) Hybrid (In-Studio + Remote) * Compensation: $17.50/hour (starting base) + Commissions * Reports to: General Manager Responsibilities SALES & LEAD GENERATION * Assist with lead follow-up (calls, texts, emails) * Schedule and confirm intro rides * Track and report conversion metrics weekly * Conduct studio tours. * Support in-studio front desk sales. MARKETING * Plan and execute grassroots marketing campaigns (flyers, B2B visits, events) * Manage local partnerships and cross-promotions * Support email and text marketing campaigns * Promote member referral programs and seasonal promos * Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies * Create and schedule social media content (IG/FB Stories, Reels, Posts) What We 're Looking For: * Strong sales foundation with experience in fitness, membership, or service-based sales, (2+ years preferred, but not required) * Critical thinker and natural problem solver with demonstrated leadership skills * Compliance-driven yet solutions-oriented--someone who follows studio policies while offering thoughtful suggestions for improvement * Friendly, approachable, and self-motivated with a passion for community and connection * Highly organized with strong verbal and written communication skills * Social media savvy, especially with Instagram Reels, Canva, and Meta Business tools * Comfortable with light in-studio support and attending community events as needed * Experience in a fitness studio or boutique wellness setting is a plus (but not required) * Must have reliable transportation for grassroots marketing (monthly car allowance provided) PERKS * Complimentary CycleBar membership * Flexible scheduling * Fun and energetic studio environment * Opportunity to grow with the brand If you are excited about this opportunity and believe you would be a great fit, please send your resume and a brief cover letter to [please apply online].
