Currently, we have an opportunity for Sales/Store Manager in Fort Worth. Manager's duties include but are not limited to: *Driving revenue with a focus on client satisfaction, by offering exceptional service, relationship development, back care education and product training. *Setting and achieving high goals and standards of performance for store and sales staff. *Developing partnerships with the local medical community *Using company resources to generate traffic and maintain client data bases *Developing strategic relationships with other local service providers *Travel to other store locations WE OFFER: +Extensive and continuing training +Base pay + commission + bonuses +Being a part of changing lives! Communication skills; able to identify client needs and solve problems; able to understand and explain product benefits and features. College degree preferred but not required. Able to lift objects that weigh over 40 pounds and assemble small to medium furniture. Store hours are M-Sat 10-6 pm and CLOSED on Sundays. Average store managers make $48,000 to $65,000 plus while usually working 40 hours.
