Overview Part-Time. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions. * Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. * Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved. * Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information. Qualifications * Previous experience in customer service is preferred; experience in sales is a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
