Responsibilities

: - Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies and procedures. - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve educational goals and objectives. - Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgeting and financial planning. - Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive work environment. - Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community stakeholders to ensure a supportive learning environment. - Monitor student progress and implement strategies for improvement. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements. Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Education/ Business/Marketing or a related field. -High school graduation with better grades with SAT scores - Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in an educational setting. - Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to educate and inspire both students and staff members. - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
