Your keen eye for detail, love for beauty, and excellent customer service will leave customers feeling radiant and confident. Ideal Candidates Will Have: * Knowledge of wigs, braiding, hair extensions, and hair care products * Proven customer service experience * Flexible availability, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays * Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and leverage product knowledge to enhance engagement * Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions accurately * Adhere to store policies to ensure a smooth experience for both employees and customers * Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice on the sales floor to drive sales * Introduce promotions and special offers to customers * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment * Being punctual Compensation: * $15/hour, plus commission (subject to approval by store manager) Store hour: * MON - SAT (9am - 8pm) * SUN (closed) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Employee discount Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Ability to Commute: * Lenexa, KS 66215 (Required) Work Location: In person
