In this role, you will be surrounded by an array of glamorous products, from hair care essentials to makeup shades, helping customers discover their perfect match. Your keen eye for detail, love for beauty, and excellent customer service will leave customers feeling radiant and confident. As an integral member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to engage in the exciting world of self-expression and style. Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Knowledge of wigs, braiding, hair extensions, and hair care products
• Proven customer service experience
• Flexible availability, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and leverage product knowledge to enhance engagement
• Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions accurately
• Adhere to store policies to ensure a smooth experience for both employees and customers
• Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice on the sales floor to drive sales
• Introduce promotions and special offers to customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Being punctual

Compensation

:

• $15/hour, plus commission (subject to approval by store manager) Store hour:
• MON - SAT (9am - 8pm)
• SUN (closed) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour
