Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team. Strong leadership skills and previous experience required.

Duties

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
• Manage technical sales processes, ensuring a thorough understanding of product offerings.
• Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Proficiency in Dealertrack or similar DMS.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
