The ideal candidate for this position has a proven track record with selling personal insurance lines, is proactive and detailed oriented with their work, has an established local network, has a Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license, and fully understands and can complete the steps required to quote, bind, and issue a new policy. This is a salary plus commission position. You will be responsible for securing and closing new insurance policies. This is a hybrid position and will require 2-3 days in office. You are self-motivated, direct and confident in engaging new clients. As a friendly, self -starter, you will be responsible to bring in new contacts through your networking activity and community resources. Your follow up is impeccable and leads to helping more individuals to find the right insurance solutions for their needs and wants. You are a trusted team member and the individuals you engage in the sales process. You are able to bring an abundance of highly qualified P & C leads to the agency. You will have the resources of Brightway Insurance who adds value through its network of 100 insurance companies and the knowledge of The Wilson Agency's founder.
