Overview

: As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team. You will be responsible for mentoring, training, and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of door-to-door sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to succeed.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales techniques and product knowledge of team members.
• Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for individual team members and monitor progress towards goals.
• Lead by example through active participation in door-to-door sales activities, demonstrating best practices and providing constructive feedback.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets, drive customer acquisition, and maximize revenue generation.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales or team leadership role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in pest control required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach and mentor sales representatives.
