Gym Front Desk Associate Wanted! Are you a fitness enthusiast with excellent customer service skills? Do you have a passion for sales and a willingness to learn? We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at Iron Jungle Family Fitness

Responsibilities

- Included but not limited to

• Greet and assist members and guests with a smile
• Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into new memberships
• Answer phone calls and respond in a timely manner to call backs
• Make outbound calls to prospective members and follow up on leads
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including tidying up the lobby and restrooms, hourly rounds in gym, picking up, cleaning and organizing
• Rotate between 1st and 2nd shift schedules, with occasional weekend shifts
• Lift a minimum of 45 pounds (e.g., weights, equipment, or supplies)

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Ability to pass a clean background check
• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends What We Offer:
