Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Retail Keyholder to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to manage various aspects of store operations effectively.

Duties

• Provide an unique shopping experience & exceptional customer service
• Educate customers on product knowledge, styling techniques & ultimately increase sales
• Be familiar and passionate with our brand and lifestyle
• Have a deep interest in fashion, current trends & small businesses
• Maintaining the upkeep of the store's visual appearance through cleaning, vacuuming, steaming, & waxing racks
• Once trained, open & close the boutique while following procedures
• Accurately process sales transactions & handle cash register operations
• Assist in implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
• Inventory maintenance - unpacking and tagging new inventory, ensuring in-store inventory is correct, replenishing back stocked items, etc.
• Have a positive and upbeat attitude
• MUST have weekend availability

• A strong go-getter with a very positive attitude who thrives in an up-beat, fun work environment
• Responsible, professional and reliable with great communication skills
• Very professional etiquette for handling customer inquiries or issues
• Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions & inventory management
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-run store environment
• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred

Compensation

:

• The pay range for this role is between $16-$19 per hour. We are open to negotiation within that range depending on the skill set and experience of the candidate. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
