Position Summary We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Salesperson / Project Estimator to join our team in Lakewood, WA. This role is essential to our success - combining sales support, estimating, and project coordination to help ensure smooth project delivery and strong customer relationships. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working closely with both internal teams and customers, and being part of a collaborative, safety-driven environment. Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing timely and accurate information - Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions from our product offerings - Prepare detailed cost estimates and formal quotations based on customer specifications and project requirements - Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications - Work closely with engineering, production, and shop teams to ensure accurate and feasible project planning - Track the status of quotes and orders, follow up with customers, and assist in order processing - Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, estimates, and project details - Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and support - Promote and uphold company values around safety, professionalism, and teamwork Qualifications - Experience in inside sales, estimating, or customer service, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry - Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level Excel skills strongly preferred - Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of tank manufacturing, welding, or steel fabrication - Experience using ERP or estimating software systems, with strong preference for Sage100 experience - Familiarity with CRM systems and production workflows in a manufacturing environment What We Offer - Competitive compensation and benefits package - Opportunities for career development and advancement - Supportive and collaborative work environment - A strong safety culture and commitment to employee well-being - The opportunity to be part of a company with a clear vision and unified direction Send resume' to: Human Resources 3117 107th Street S., Lakewood, WA 98499 or [please apply online] Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Yearly bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
