Job Summary We are seeking an experience and motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and achieve sales targets in a competitive market. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends in technology sales. * Engage in direct sales activities, including presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations. * Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize and implement effective sales plans. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Manage territory sales efforts by tracking leads, following up on prospects, and closing deals. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve selling techniques. Skills * Proven experience in technology sales or related fields is preferred. * Strong business development skills with a focus on generating new leads and opportunities. * Excellent sales management capabilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Proficient in direct sales techniques with the ability to negotiate effectively. * Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to building long-term relationships. * Experience in inside sales or retail sales is an advantage. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
