Job Description

: We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a mix of client-facing support and proactive outreach. You'll assist walk-in and online customers, coordinate with our design and production team, and also help grow our customer base by making cold calls to local businesses and organizations.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in-store
• Respond promptly to inquiries from multiple channels: email, phone calls, Yelp, Google, Instagram, and Facebook
• Provide quotes and product recommendations based on customer needs
• Use basic graphic software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar) to create mock-ups for customer approval - experience is a plus
• Gather artwork and order specifications and relay details to production
• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate new business opportunities
• Track orders, follow up with customers, and ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain clear records of all interactions and order statuses

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales (custom apparel or printing industry experience is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and reaching out to new leads
• Familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage
• Organized, reliable, and good at multitasking
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Positive and team-oriented attitude Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 4 PM

Compensation

:

• $17-$23/hour depending on experience
