Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers in their homes, presenting our services which include window washing, gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning. You will be driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. Duties * Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective customers to introduce products and services. * Build rapport with potential clients through effective communication and customer service. * Demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage sales. * Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while addressing customer concerns. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration. * Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve product offerings. * Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Skills * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. * Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with customers. * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred. * Background in technical sales is a plus, enabling you to explain complex products clearly. * Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for potential clients. * Familiarity with telemarketing practices is beneficial for outreach efforts. * Inside sales experience can enhance your effectiveness in this role. * Strong business development acumen to identify new opportunities in the market.
