Full description of the position

We are a growing biotechnology equipment company looking for a detail oriented Administrative / Inside Sales Manager. In addition to overseeing all inside sales activity, this individual will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including order entry, compliance documentation, executive, and sales support. Responsibilities * Oversee all inside sales efforts and sales support activities, including quote generation, sourcing, and cost estimation * Coordinate and assist with trade show presence * Maintain 3rd party (vendor) lead generation portal information * Maintain custom job schedule / Coordinate schedule with manufacturing per customer requirements and capacity * Manage customer expectations with regard to lead time and scheduling * Assist with daily operations, including customer service, order tracking, etc. Requirements Strong attention to detail IS REQUIRED Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Excel, Word is required Willingness to learn and grow with the company Management / supervisory experience a plus Technical or science college degree strongly preferred
