Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Commission-Based Sales Associate to drive sales of our industrial air compressors and related equipment. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with experience in B2B sales, industrial equipment, or mechanical systems. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals, all while enjoying an uncapped commission structure. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. * Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and resellers. * Conduct product presentations and educate potential customers on the benefits of our air compressors and equipment. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. * Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products. Qualifications & Skills: * Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, machinery, or B2B sales. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals. * Mechanical or technical knowledge of air compressors and industrial equipment is a plus. * Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
