All Florida Yacht Sales is a Professional Yacht/Boat Sales Brokerage based out of Florida looking to expand our amazing team in response to our success, our 5-star reputation and the latest 271% increase in our industry. We are seeking "Go Getters" to join our sales _management _team. This role is incredibly unique and will provide you with the opportunity to realistically find financial freedom for your long-term future while having fun as you do it! This position offers an annual salary of $80,000 upon the completion of training, with additional commission opportunities available for the right agent. (performance based) You will never find a better time then now to make the switch into a rewarding career selling Yachts in the boating Capital of the world! *Before Applying Please Review These Important Considerations * Boating/Boat/Yacht Industry & Sales Experience are *NOT* required, however you must possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, show a willingness to learn and have a sense of urgency. Probationary Period: - The first two weeks serve as a probationary period to ensure a mutual fit 2 listing must be acquired. - After this period, you'll transition to a second phase of training. -Probation Discussion: - If you successfully complete the initial two weeks, you will start your probationary period, the first 30 days you will be paid $500.00 a week after the 30 days pass and your performance is assess you will proceed to another 30 day period at $1,000 a week after the 30 days pass you will then be set to make $1,500.00 dollars a week and once the 30 days pass you will be on our base starting salary of 80,000.00 a year plus commissions for the right agent Commitment: - Please note that this industry often requires attention beyond standard office hours. Flexibility to meet client needs and manage deals outside the typical 9-5 is essential. -Applicants must be able to obtain a State of Florida Yacht and Ship Brokers License -Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, train, and supervise a team of sales professionals. * Conduct Interviews for Agents * Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate records. * Handle day-to-day tasks, including sending contracts to clients. * Maintain the office and lot spaces for operational efficiency. * Supervise all team members to ensure workflow effectiveness. Requirements: * Proven experience in being a sales manager. (3-5 Years) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent leadership and communication abilities. * Proficiency in inventory management software is advantageous. * Dedication to maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism. *Closing Statements This is a rare opportunity to break into a life-changing career in an industry projected to outpace the market both short term and long term.
