Duties * Educate clients about insurance products and services, including health, life, auto, and property insurance. * Analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage options based on their individual circumstances. * Assist clients in completing applications and processing claims efficiently. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and product offerings. * Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads and expand the client base. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. * Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks to ensure smooth operations. * Market insurance products through various channels, including retail sales initiatives.
