Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced call center environment. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products that meet their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Duties * As an Entry Level Sales Representative at VE360, you will be at the forefront of our client acquisition and relationship management efforts * Your day-to-day responsibilities will include speaking with potential clients, presenting our digital marketing solutions, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets * You will be selling various products such as Website Design, Listing Services for various search platforms, Search Engine Optimization, and Directory/Citation services * You'll spend time building strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored strategies that align with their business goals * Weekly tasks for our Entry Level Sales Representatives include client engagement, following up on inquiries, conducting sales presentations, and managing a robust pipeline * If you're a driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping businesses grow, this is the role for you * Customer Engagement: Connect with potential clients through warm calls and follow-ups to introduce Rise's B2B Solutions * Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with current clients while identifying new business opportunities * Sales & Negotiation: Effectively present solutions, negotiate agreements, and close deals to maximize growth and customer satisfaction Skills * Customer Service experience required * Proficiency in tools like Slack, Gmail, Zoho, and Google Calendar * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required * Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines required Join us as a Sales Associate where your contributions will be valued, and your career can flourish in an exciting call center atmosphere!
