We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales/Account Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive experience for our client.

Duties

• Drive your own leads. Locally checking in with your clients.
• have a knowledge of our services and problems that are particular to our industry and our clients
• New client acquisition.
• Account management. Taking care of your clients requests and acting as a representative of Gileno Distribution.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the clients experience
• Stay informed about industry changes and advancements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse and trucking sales.
• Strong self-stater.
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
• Prior experience as an account manager.
