Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales/Account Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive experience for our client. Duties * Drive your own leads. Locally checking in with your clients. * have a knowledge of our services and problems that are particular to our industry and our clients * New client acquisition. * Account management. Taking care of your clients requests and acting as a representative of Gileno Distribution. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. * Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the clients experience * Stay informed about industry changes and advancements. Qualifications * Previous experience in warehouse and trucking sales. * Strong self-stater. * Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. * Prior experience as an account manager. * Understanding of trucking and dispatch procedures.
