Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling of appointments, ensuring effective communication between clients and our sales team, and supporting the overall business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for technology, enabling them to effectively engage with potential clients and contribute to our growth. Duties * Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team with potential clients. * Conduct outbound calling to prospective customers to generate interest in our products and services. * Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential clients. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our offerings. * Assist in business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving appointment-setting processes. * Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to support product development. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales or technology sales is preferred. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. * Experience in outbound calling and warm calling techniques. * Familiarity with business development practices and market analysis. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in using CRM software and other technology tools related to sales processes. * A proactive attitude towards learning about our products and services to better assist clients.
