• Required Certification: AWS Certified Welding Supervisor (CWS)
• This role is ideal for candidates with technical knowledge of welding who want to transition into a sales position.
• Candidates must hold the AWS Certified Welding Supervisor (CWS) certification, issued by the American Welding Society (AWS). What This Certification Demonstrates:
• Expertise in welding processes, quality control, and industry standards
• Ability to advise customers on welding efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance
• Leadership skills in manufacturing and industrial settings

What You'll Do

• Inside Sales (Office-Based):
• Educate potential clients about our industrial products, particularly bearings and welding applications
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide technical recommendations
• Build strong relationships with customers by offering solutions tailored to their needs Outside Sales (Field-Based - Optional):
• Visit industrial clients to understand their welding and equipment needs
• Present and demonstrate product solutions using your technical expertise
• Assist customers in optimizing their operations with the right industrial components Who We 're Looking For:
• AWS Certified Welding Supervisor (Required)
• Passion for sales and industrial applications (no prior sales experience needed!)Strong understanding of welding processes, quality control, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn sales techniquesSelf-motivated and eager to develop a career in technical sales
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
