What This Certification Demonstrates: * Expertise in welding processes, quality control, and industry standards * Ability to advise customers on welding efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance * Leadership skills in manufacturing and industrial settings * What You'll Do * Inside Sales (Office-Based): * Educate potential clients about our industrial products, particularly bearings and welding applications * Respond to inbound inquiries and provide technical recommendations * Build strong relationships with customers by offering solutions tailored to their needs Outside Sales (Field-Based - Optional): * Visit industrial clients to understand their welding and equipment needs * Present and demonstrate product solutions using your technical expertise * Assist customers in optimizing their operations with the right industrial components Who We 're Looking For: * AWS Certified Welding Supervisor (Required) * Passion for sales and industrial applications (no prior sales experience needed!)Strong understanding of welding processes, quality control, and industry best practices * Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn sales techniquesSelf-motivated and eager to develop a career in technical sales * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Shift: * 8 hour shift Application Question(s): * Do you have Strong understanding of welding processes, quality control, and industry? * Do you have experience and knowledge in welding and industrial applications?
