Full description of the position
Job Summary Progenesis Inc. is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Client Retention & Prospective Accounts Development Specialist to manage and strengthen relationships with our current client base while also leading outreach to new potential partners. This hybrid role blends client retention and account management with prospecting and early-stage business development, helping to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and growth across both existing and new accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining trust, satisfaction, and long-term retention. * Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities. * Educate clients on PGT offerings, updates, and applications to support optimal use of Progenesis services. * Proactively reach out to prospective IVF clinics and fertility professionals to introduce Progenesis and its services. * Prepare and schedule introductory meetings or presentations tailored to the interests of new or potential accounts. * Follow up with leads and early-stage contacts to ensure consistent communication and advance relationship development. * Coordinate with internal teams (clinical, lab, support) to deliver a seamless experience across all client interactions. * Monitor engagement levels, identify risks, and recommend solutions to improve client outcomes and satisfaction. * Support referral initiatives and identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts. * Use the Revela account management portal to log interactions, manage account activity, and maintain accurate client records. * Collaborate with sales and marketing to support campaigns and materials for client engagement and retention. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field. * At least 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or biotech. * Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach. * Familiarity with fertility services, IVF, or genetic testing is highly desirable. * Experience using account management platforms such as Revela or similar tools. Physical Requirements * Repetitive movement of hands, arms and leg, fingers (typing and/or writing). * Clear speech, functional vision and hearing. * Ability to communicate clearly in the English language in both written and verbal formats.
