The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, generating new business, and meeting performance targets to drive the company's growth. In addition to base compensation, this role offers an exciting performance-based incentive compensation plan with quarterly payouts based on achieving specific sales and customer engagement goals. Job Description Key Responsibilities: * Generate and qualify appointments using ZoomInfo for new business opportunities. * Follow up and engage with customers who participate in the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey. * Quote and secure at least five Planned Maintenance Contracts each quarter. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and delivery of services. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. * Work towards achieving individual and team goals to contribute to the overall success of DFS. Performance Incentive Compensation Plan (2025): This position is eligible for a quarterly incentive compensation plan, with a defined payout per quarter based on achieving the following goals: * Appointments Created and Qualified (50% of IC) Achieve 100 qualified appointments using ZoomInfo each quarter. Goal: 100 Appointments - Y/N * Customer Engagement via NPS Survey (25% of IC) Contact all customers who participate in the NPS survey. Goal: All Survey Respondents Contacted - Y/N * Planned Maintenance Contracts (25% of IC) Quote and secure five (5) Planned Maintenance Contracts within the quarter. Goal: 5 Planned Maintenance Contracts Secured - Y/N Qualifications * High School Diploma (required); AA, BA, BS preferred. * 2-5 years of sales relating duties. * Experience working in high-pressure environments is a plus. * Experience working with End Users, General Contractors, 3rd Party Service Providers, Facility Maintenance, and Management Companies. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with CRM tools. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Ability to handle pressure and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong organizational skills. * Understanding or willingness to learn about the profession of selling. * Ability to establish a successful home office setup. * Self-motivated and able to take direction well. * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Ability to work well within a team. * High-energy, results-oriented approach. * Reliable, disciplined, and dependable with good follow-up skills.
