As a Marine Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading the overall successful operation of the Sales department. You will manage, train and direct a team of Sales Representatives and lead your sales management team with a professional management style that sets an example of enthusiasm, productivity and accountability. DUTIES:

• Drive sales!!!
• Possess a proven track record of success as a Sales Manager/Sales Desk Manager in a high-volume Marine, Watercraft or automotive dealership.
• Train and build a strong, high performing sales team.
• Ability to motivate a team to excel in all areas.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores.
• Assist sales team with customer interactions.
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• At least 3+ years Sales Manager/Sales Desk Manager in a high-volume dealership.
• Job stability required.
• Proven track record.
• Strong record of consistent positive Customer Satisfaction results.
