GoldenTrust Insurance is seeking a commercial insurance agent/producer to join our team. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we have built a reputation for delivering tailored insurance products that meet the unique needs of every commercial industry. In this role, you will be responsible for soliciting new accounts, generating leads for the agency, and presenting insurance solutions to commercial clients.

Compensation

includes a salary plus commission, featuring an aggressive commission structure for both new and renewal business, along with bonus potential for exceeding production goals. The ideal candidate will hold an active 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License, have a solid understanding of the commercial insurance market, and demonstrate a proven ability to deliver exceptional service and close sales.

Qualifications

: - Active 2-20 or 4-40 Property & Casualty Insurance License (required for the role) - Strong sales and interpersonal skills - Self-driven and goal-oriented - A team player ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

: - Establish relationships with current clients and prospective customers - Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support via inbound calls, texts, and emails - Develop insurance quotes based on client needs and follow up to secure sales - Maintain a strong work ethic with commitment to success Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
