About VS4 Consulting Group: At VS4 Consulting Group, we provide fractional leadership and strategic support to purpose-driven organizations. Our work spans finance, operations, project management, and business development -- helping clients build sustainable success. We're looking for a versatile, people-oriented professional to join our team part-time (with opportunities to grow!). This person will support a key client by driving business development efforts and coordinating various operational and administrative projects.

Key Responsibilities

: Business Development (Client-Focused):

• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits to generate leads and build partnerships.
• Support and refine outreach strategies based on performance and feedback.
• Represent the client with professionalism, enthusiasm, and mission alignment. Project Management:
• Act as project manager for internal and client-related projects across operations, admin, and business functions.
• Coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure follow-through across teams.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, helping to translate big ideas into actionable plans.

Who You Are

:

• You live in or near Washtenaw County, MI, and are available to meet and work in-person (primarily Ann Arbor).
• You hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• You have 5+ years of professional work experience in business, nonprofit, operations, or a related field.
• You're an exceptional communicator -- warm, clear, and confident in both written and verbal communication.
• You're comfortable with outreach -- whether that's cold calling or walking into a local business to introduce yourself.
• You have experience in project management and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• You bring emotional intelligence and a team-first mindset to everything you do.
• You are self-motivated, organized, and energized by meaningful work. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week Supplemental Pay:
