Bath World and More is a local remodeling company and we are looking to grow our business. We have been in business for 3 years and are seeking a highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and a good leader! This is a position with tremendous growth opportunities. We are looking for someone to come in as a sales manager, help grow our sales team from 2 to 10 and eventually be promoted to General Manager overlooking all operations. Job duties would include, but not limited to: * Train and accompany sales reps on their consultations. * Run pre qualified sales appointments Monday - Saturday in the beginning to learn and improve our current sales process. * Run Pre-installation appointments to meet with customers and present upscales. * Design, specify materials, and price out jobs to provide customers with an estimate * Hire new sales reps and ensure the sales team is closing remodeling projects to meet monthly sales goals * Assisting with business development by working with our marketing team Requirements: * Management experience running and training a sales team. * Experience with In-Home sales and remodeling design or sufficient schooling. * An understanding of general construction with a focus on kitchen and bathrooms * Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license with the ability to drive throughout the day to meet potential customers * Excellent organizational skills, strong math skills, verbal and written communications skills are necessary * Ability to multi-task and manage your time well * Previous experience with kitchen design software is not required but definitely a plus!
