This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships and driving sales in a competitive market. Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of medical products. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. * Educate clients on available health plans and coverage options. * Participate in training and professional development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, and customer interactions. * Must be able to obtain 2-15 license upon hiring and completion of training. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients professionally. * Capability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
